As a personal trainer and fitness motivator, my goal is to help guide more and more people towards a fit and healthier lifestyle.
Everyone is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to first give an introduction to calisthenics which serves as an assessment and deciding factor to determine what your fitness level is and whether or not calisthenics is right for you. We would then build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, your fitness goals. I aim to help transform your body, making you feel stronger, more confident and encourage you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
